There is no penalty for cancellations made before the departure time of your acitivity.
All we ask is the courtesy of you advising us immediately if there's a change in your plans. Any “no show” at the time of departure is not refundable.

Additional Important Information
Payment: Full payment is required at time of reservation to confirm your booking.
Extended stays: Payment through to the last day of your requested period is payable at the time of extending your reservation.
Cancellation: If cancellation is received more than 7 full days before booked arrival date, a full refund will be made.
Child Policy: Any child occupying a bed will be classified as an adult and calculated into the room occupancy.
If a shortened stay or cancellation is received less than 7 full days before booked arrival date there will be no refund made,
except when a replacement booking/s is received for all or part of the shortened or cancelled period,
in which case a refund will be made for the period covered by the replacement booking/s.
